The refund option is open for the entire user base and for both Prepaid & COD orders.

The program is for the plumbers who are working with the brands dealers all over India, ensuring that they benefit from every purchase they make from the brand. With this, we have forayed into catering for influencer channel loyalty. The brand essentially wanted to reward its plumbers on specific achievements, with purchase/sales and other criteria defined by them. The need also included an end-to-end rewards program to capture and validate purchases influenced by plumbers through a flexible, strong, secure, auditable, seamless, user-friendly, information rich, technology powered solution. The program is for dealers as well, to reward them for being loyal with the brand and being part of the success throughout the years. The plumbers can download the app from the Google Playstore directly and use it on any Android smartphones. Plumbers after getting approved by the call center, can login on the App with their mobile number. This is a highly user-friendly app where plumbers can select the Language for their ease of use, refer to other plumbers for this program, check scan history, check their pay-out details, check their earnings, and contact support directly from the APP. There are the SKU’s which are required to be uploaded for the reward allocation according to the product and for mapping the QR codes with them. This data is also provided by the brands team. The rewards will be transferred to the plumbers on a weekly basis via DBT to their account where they can redeem for various reward options.

10 on 10 Consumer SMS Promo for an FMCG brandA 10 on 10 Consumer SMS Promo campaign was launched on the eve of “Azadi Ka Amritmahotsav” 75th Indian Independence Day, where 10 lucky winners everyday got a 1GM Gold Coin. On purchase of the brands cornflour/cocoa powder/baking powder promotion pack, participants will find a 10 digit unique code printed inside the pack which needs to be sent as an SMS which will captured along with the telecom circle details. A draw through random scientific selection will be conducted every day to select 10 winners. List of winners will be available on www.woohoo.in/WK. Winner will receive congratulation SMS with a link to fill up the shipping details and upload the KYC documents. Once the address is validated the fulfilment team will dispatch the gold coin. If rejected, the winner will get the rejection SMS and will be allowed to fill the details in the correct format again. The participant will be deemed a winner only if they are able to finish the KYC process by or before 25th September 2022. In addition, 5 rounds of calls will be made to the consumer to provide assistance & complete the KYC process.
