Corporate Rewards Program A leading and well-known Consumer Products brand wanted to run a specific consumer promotion for their line of Locks and Architectural fittings. The promotion was run around the offer of an assured cashback with no minimum purchase point. The only requirement was for the customer to provide a proof of purchase for the same. The user journey begins when the Customer buys the product and gives a missed call to the number printed on the product which results in an SMS with a claim link sent back to the customer. The user then shares all his details and the details of the purchase for the verification. Along with the details, the customer also shares their preference for the cashback route – Amazon Pay, PayTM or UPI directly to the customer’s bank account. The entire program was managed by the Qwikcilver Team and delivered delight to the both the client and their customers.

Corporate Rewards Program A world-famous alcoholic beverage company wanted to create a very unique consumer promotion where the reward for the user is either an assured PayTM voucher or a Show pass that delivers a unique experiential reward for the consumer. This program was designed around a line of a long-standing brand of alcoholic beverage from the client. Once the customer picks up the bottle of rum, he gets to see the neck tag which had a unique code that had to be scratched to be unearthed. The code then had to be SMSed to a designated number which then registers the customer to the program, and he stands to win the assured cashback or gets a chance to win a user pass for the music concert held by the brand. This music concert sees some of the best artists in India performing.

With an extremely easy redemption process that starts with a missed call from which the user goes on to receive the cashback to their Amazon Pay, PayTM or UPI account. Additionally, taking into cognizance the regulations in certain states regarding lotteries and prize draws, the customer is required to not just agree to the brand’s terms and conditions, but also declare to which state they belong. Qwikcilver had earlier worked with the same client for their consumer promotion program, and we had impressed them with our solution and had won their trust to execute such a large-scale program. With emphasis on ensuring the right incentive goes to the right beneficiary, the Qwikcilver team deliver a tightly managed and perfectly executed Sales Incentive program that was well received by the Client and their Sales Team.

WhatsApp bot leads Consumer Promotions for an FMCG brand

Corporate Rewards Program An exciting new Consume Promotion program for a major FMCG player was successfully rolled out by Qwikcilver. The client was looking to promote their brand of stain removing detergent. They wanted to not only engage with the consumer but also run the program efficiently. With this specific requirement we developed a WhatsApp Bot to engage the consumers when they participated in the contest which also had a minimum purchase price. The customer scans the QR code, and a WhatsApp chat is initiated with the client. Upon sharing their details and answering a simple question, the customer enters the competition. 75 selected winners receive a washing machine as the prize. The enablement of WhatsApp meant an automated system to process and create customer entries for the promotion program. The program was a clear success and demonstrated yet another innovation from Qwikcilver in the Corporate Rewards and Consumer Promotions space.
