- The offer was valid only for those who had applied for a Personal Vehicle loan - VC4 on the Bank's Website/Mobile Banking App/by submitting an application form in person at branches or through the Bank's Call Centre for Bank & Credit Card customers or for Wealth & Privy customers and whose applications were approved by the Bank.
- All eligible customers will receive a voucher code worth Rs. 150 on their registered email id / mobile number, and a cashback of Rs 100 will be credited to their Bank wallet within 30 days.
- For Reward fulfillment, they procured Brand Vouchers like Dominos/ Amazon Pay/ Big Basket/ Apollo Pharmacy,/ Nykaa through Qwikcilver.
- The Bank sends a requirement on the number of codes along with the denomination.
- In order to communicate with eligible customers, Qwikcilver shared the alphanumeric codes and microsite links with the Bank.
- For future reference, the Bank will have the mapping of codes to customers.
- Upon clicking the link, the customer landed on the product page microsite link where they had to click on "Checkout."
- Post selection of the product, the customer was taken to the check-out page where they could choose the delivery mode (email / SMS / Both)
- Using the code, the customer places the order.
- Vouchers were sent to customers based on the delivery mode selected.
- For reconciliation and invoicing purposes, Qwikcilver shared reports on codes claimed and vouchers chosen with the Bank.
