Qwikcilver hosts The Gifting Carnival omni-channel shopping event for Raksha Bandhan

The gifting solution provider Qwikcilver is hosting The Gifting Carnival from August 8 to 18 in partnership with a number of fashion brands to celebrate Raksha Bandhan and promote its omni-channel services.
Qwikcilver has launched its Gifting Carnival for Raksha Bandhan - Qwikcilver Qwikcilver has partnered with over 200 brands across over 20 product categories to launch The Gifting Carnival on Thursday. The omni-channel shopping event, which will run until next Sunday, features fashion brands including Myntra, Lifestyle, Croma, Levi’s, The Raymond Store, Central, Titan, Big Bazaar, and PC Jeweller among others.
The premise of the event is that shoppers can buy gift vouchers for their siblings to celebrate Raksha Bandhan to allow them to choose their own gifts. The gift cards can also be purchased through the gift card superstore Woohoo online store and app and the cards can be personalised with photos and messages. As the gift cards can be used to shop both online and in-store across participating stores in over 2000 cities, the promotion aims to link both shopping mediums.
Launched in May 2009, Qwikcilver partnered with Flipkart in 2010 to launch a gift card programme and has also partnered with Aditya Birla, Shoppers Stop, and Amazon India. The business launched the gift card and e-commerce site Woohoo in 2015.
