MYNTRA GIFT CARDS

Myntra E- Gift Card is issued by Pine Labs Pvt. Ltd which is a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India, and is authorised by the Reserve Bank of India ("RBI") to issue such Gift Cards. The gift cards are issued under the brand name of Qwikcilver.

This E-Gift Card is redeemable only on Myntra marketplace platform.
This E-Gift Card shall have a validity period of 1 year.
This E - Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
Multiple E- Gift Cards can be clubbed in a single order.
E -Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit and cannot be reloaded.
This E-Gift Card can be redeemed online against sellers listed on www.myntra.com or Myntra Mobile App only.
In cases where the order is cancelled, the E- Gift Card amount shall be refunded to the source E-Gift Card. The E - Gift Card amount shall not be refunded to the user's cashback account.
The balance amount, if any, of the cost of the item being purchased by the Customer, after the discount has been availed, will have to be paid by the Customer at the time of purchase. If the order value exceeds the E -Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid by Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking/Cash on Delivery.
Extra VAT may apply in addition to the unit sale price on certain products, but the final inclusive price will not exceed the 'M.R.P.'
All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits accruing under the offer shall be borne solely by the Customer
If the order value is less than the amount of the E - Gift Card, the outstanding balance (after deduction of order value) will reflect under the same E -Gift Card and can be used for subsequent transactions.
For individual retail customers E - Gift Cards can be purchased on www.myntra.com or Myntra Mobile App using the following payment modes only - Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking.
Gift Cards can be redeemed by selecting the payment mode as Gift Card.
You are solely responsible for the safety and security of the E -Gift Cards. myntra.com/Pine Labs are not responsible for any acts of omission or commission if Gift Card is lost, stolen or used without permission.
Once the E - Gift Card has been sent to the customer, then the customers are bound to protect the E-Gift Card PIN or E -Gift Card number. In the event of any misuse of E -Gift Card due to loss of any such confidential details due to the fault of the purchaser/customer, myntra.com/Pine Labs Pvt. Ltd shall not be held responsible for the same and no refund can be issued against such E -Gift Cards.
www.myntra.com /Pine Labs assume no responsibility for the products purchased using the E - Gift Card and any liability thereof is expressly disclaimed. Product warranty shall be regulated by the terms and conditions mentioned on the warranty card of respective products.
Pine Labs/Myntra reserves the right to cancel the E - Gift Card if the same have been found to be purchased with fraudulent means and/or the beneficiary/Know Your Customer ("KYC") details as per RBI Guidelines are found to be incorrect/insufficient. In such cases, the funds shall be credited back to the same source from where these were received.
You agree and understand that E - Gift Cards are a pre-paid payment Instrument subjected to regulations by RBI. Under the RBI guidelines, Myntra/Pine Labs Pvt. Ltd may be required to share KYC details of the purchaser/ redeemer of the Gift Card and/or any other information with relation to the purchase of the Gift Cards and/or transaction undertaken using the Gift Card with RBI or such statutory authorities. Myntra/ Pine Labs Pvt. Ltd may contact the purchaser/redeemer of the E-Gift Cards for any such information.
The company purchasing the E-Gift Cards shall, at all times, keep the passwords that are created by the company or its customers/beneficiaries on the Website and the Gift Card Pin generated strictly confidential and not reveal the same to any person or entity.
Myntra along with its sellers reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the E-Gift Card, including extending, withdrawing or discontinuing the same without notice, at its sole discretion.
All orders would be subject to availability at the time of purchase and will be governed by the standard terms and conditions on myntra.com. In case of return of the purchased item, please refer to the “Return Policy” on our website or write to returns@myntra.com.
All disputes arising out of or in connection to this scheme are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore only.

No fees or charges apply to E-Gift Cards.
Every holder of E-Gift Cards shall be required to add the value stored on such E-Gift Card into the Myntra Wallet/Myntra User Account as a pre-requisite to the redemption of the E-Gift Cards. The loading of the E-Gift card onto the Myntra Wallet /Myntra User Account shall constitute registration of the User.
Myntra Designs Private Limited shall honour and consider requests for blocking of E-Gift Cards only from users who have registered in accordance with the terms above.

The cardholder may request for the revalidation of the expired E-Gift Card. Upon receipt of such request the E-Gift Card may be revalidated after due verification and maybe subject to additional terms and conditions.

मिन्त्रा ई-गिफ्ट कार्ड क्विकसिल्वर सोल्यूशन्स प्रा. लि. द्वारा जारी किया जाता है। क्विकसिल्वर भारतीय अधिनियमोंके अंतर्गत निगमित एक प्राइवेट लिमिटेड कंपनी है और ऐसे गिफ्ट कार्ड्स जारी करने के लिए रिज़र्व बैंक आफ इंडिया (“आरबीआई”) के द्वारा प्राधिकृत है।
यह ई-गिफ्ट कार्ड केवल मिन्त्रा मार्केटप्लेस प्लाटफार्म पर ही रिडीम किया जा सकता है।
यह ई-गिफ्ट कार्ड १ साल के अवधि के लिए वैध रहेगा।
यह ई-गिफ्ट कार्ड दूसरे गिफ्ट कार्ड खरीदने के लिए इस्तेमाल नहीं किए जा सकते।
एक आर्डर में एक से अधिक ई-गिफ्ट कार्ड्स इकठ्ठा इस्तेमाल किए जा सकते हैं।
ई-गिफ्ट कार्ड्स नकद या क्रेडिट के लिए रिडीम नहीं किया जा सकते और रीलोड भी नहीं किया जा सकते।
यह ई-गिफ्ट कार्ड केवलwww.myntra.com और मिन्त्रा मोबाइल एप पर लिस्ट किए गए सेलर्स के लिए ही आनलाइन रिडीम किए जा सकते हैं।
आर्डर के कैन्सल होने या वापस किए जाने पर ई-गिफ्ट कार्ड की रकम फिर से उसी ई-गिफ्ट कार्ड में रीफंड की जाएगी। ई-गिफ्ट कार्ड की रकम यूजर के कैशबैक अकाउंट में रीफंड नहीं की जाएगी।
ग्राहक द्वारा खरीदारी पर डिस्काउंट का लाभ लेने के बाद यदि कोई रकम बकाया रहती है, तो वह रकम ग्राहक को खरीदारी के समय पर भरना आवश्यक है। यदि आर्डर वैल्यू ई-गिफ्ट कार्ड की राशि से अधिक है, तो बकाया राशि का भुगतान क्रेडिट कार्ड/डेबिट कार्ड/इंटरनेट बैंकिंग/कैश आन डिलिवरी के माध्यम से करना आवश्यक है।
कुछ उत्पादनोंपर यूनिट सेल प्राइस के साथ अतिरिक्त वैट भी लागू हो सकता है। लेकिन अंतिम सर्वसमावेशक कीमत एमआरपी से अधिक नहीं होगी।
योजना के अंतर्गत मिलने वाले लाभों से उत्पन्न सभी टैक्सेज़, ड्यूटीज़, लेवीज़ और अन्य वैधानिक शुल्क और प्रभार का भुगतान केवल ग्राहक को ही करना होगा।
यदि आर्डर वैल्यू ई-गिफ्ट कार्ड की राशि से कम है, तो बची हुई राशि (आर्डर वैल्यू काटने के बाद) उसी ई-गिफ्ट कार्ड में दिखेगी और आगे होने वाले ट्रांजैक्शन्स के लिए उनका उपयोग किया जा सकता है।
व्यक्तिगत रीटेल ग्राहकwww.myntra.com या मिन्त्रा मोबाइल ऐप पर केवल निम्नलिखित पेमेंट मोड से ही ई-गिफ्ट कार्ड्स खरीद सकते हैं – क्रेडिट कार्ड, डेबिट कार्ड और नेट बैंकिंग।

आप के ई-गिफ्ट कार्ड्स की सुरक्षा के लिए केवल आप ही जिम्मेदार हैं।
यदि गिफ्ट कार्ड गुम जाता है, चोरी हो जाता है या आप की अनुमति के बिना प्रयोग में लाया जाता है, तो myntra.com / क्विकसिल्वर सोल्यूशन्स अनुपस्थिति या नियुक्ति के काम के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होंगे।
एक बार ग्राहक को ई-गिफ्ट कार्ड भेज दिए जाने के बाद, ग्राहक के लिए ई-गिफ्ट कार्ड पिन या ई-गिफ्ट कार्ड नंबर सुरक्षित और गोपनीय रखना आवश्यक है। खरीदार/ग्राहक की गलती से अगर यह गोपनीय जानकारी गलत हाथों में पड़कर इन ई-गिफ्ट कार्ड्स का दुरुपयोग होता है, तो myntra.com / क्विकसिल्वर सोल्यूशन्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड इस के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं ठहराए जा सकते और रकम वापस भी नहीं की जा सकती / रीफंड भी इश्यू किया नहीं जाएगा।
myntra.com / क्विकसिल्वर सोल्यूशन्स ई-गिफ्ट कार्ड दे कर खरीदे जाने वाले किसी भी उत्पादन की जिम्मेदारी नहीं लेते और इसका कोई भी दायित्व स्पष्ट रूप से अस्वीकार करते हैं। उस उत्पादन की प्राडक्ट वारंटी उसी विशिष्ट उत्पादन के वारंटी कार्ड पर लिखे गए नियम और शर्तों के अनुसार नियंत्रित की जाएगी।
अगर ई-गिफ्ट कार्ड धोखाधड़ी से खरीदे जाते हैं और/या यदि आरबीआई मार्गदर्शक तत्वों के अनुसार लाभार्थी / नो युवर कस्टमर (केवायसी) विवरण गलत या अधूरा पाया जाता है, तो इस परिस्थिति में क्विकसिल्वर / मिन्त्रा ई-गिफ्ट कार्ड को कैन्सल करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं। ऐसे मामलों में जहाँ से रकम मिली है उसी स्त्रोत को वह रकम वापस की जाएगी।
आप सहमत हैं और जानते हैं कि, मिन्त्रा ई-गिफ्ट कार्ड्स आरबीआई मार्गदर्शक तत्वों के अंतर्गत आरबीआई के नियमों के अधीन जारी किया गया प्रीपेड भुगतान साधन है। मिन्त्रा / क्विकसिल्वर को, मिन्त्रा गिफ्ट कार्ड की खरीदारी के बारे में या उनका उपयोग करके किए गए किसी भी ट्रान्जैक्शन के बारे में या खरीदार/रिडिमर के बारे में केवायसी विवरण आरबीआई या ऐसे वैधानिक प्राधिकरण को देने की आवश्यकता पड़ सकती है। इस विवरण के लिए मिन्त्रा / क्विकसिल्वर मिन्त्रा जीसीज के खरीदार/रिडिमर से संपर्क कर सकता है।
कंपनी हर समय, कंपनी ने या ग्राहकों / लाभार्थियों ने वेबसाइट पर बनाए गए पासवर्ड्स और जनरेट किए गए गिफ्ट कार्ड पिन गोपनीय रखेगी और उसे किसी भी व्यक्ति या संस्था को नहीं बताएगी।
मिन्त्रा अपने सेलर्स के साथ ई-गिफ्ट कार्ड के नियम और शर्तें बदलने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं, जिसमें अपने निर्णय के अनुसार बढ़ाना, वापस लेना या बिना सूचना दिए उसे बंद करना भी शामिल है।
सभी आर्डर्स खरीदारी के समय उपलब्धता पर निर्भर होंगे और मिन्त्रा डाट काम के नियत नियम और शर्तों से नियमित होंगे। खरीदी हुई वस्तु को वापस करने के लिए हमारी वेबसाइट पर ‘रिटर्न पालिसी’ देखिए या returns@myntra.com को लिखिए।

गिफ़्ट कार्ड की अवधि समाप्त हो जाने पर, कार्डधारक द्वारा उसके पुनर्वैधांकन के लिए अनुरोध किया जा सकता है। इस तरह का अनुरोध प्राप्त होने पर, गिफ़्ट कार्ड के सत्यापन के पश्चात इसका पुनर्वैधांकन किया जा सकता है और इस पर अतिरिक्त नियम व शर्तें लागू हो सकती हैं।
गिफ़्ट कार्ड्स के प्रत्येक धारक को इस तरह के गिफ़्ट कार्ड पर संग्रहित मूल्य को गिफ़्ट कार्ड्स के रिडेम्शन की पूर्व-आवश्यकता के अनुरूप मिंत्रा वैलेट/मिंत्रा यूजर एकाउंट में जोड़ना होगा। मिंत्रा वैलेट/मिंत्रा यूजर एकाउंट में गिफ़्ट कार्ड की लोडिंग को यूजर (उपयोगकर्ता) का पंजीकरण माना जायेगा
