Meesho Gift Card Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to <Meesho Balance> which is a co-branded Gift PPI issued by Pinelabs Private Limited (“PPL”) for your (“User”) use. PPL is a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India authorized to issue such Gift PPIs in compliance with applicable Reserve Bank of India (“RBI”) regulations. The Gift PPIs are issued under the relevant license of PPL under the brand name of Qwikcilver. Fashnear Technologies Private Limited (“Meesho”) is merely the co-branding partner for the Gift PPIs as per the RBI regulations.

For these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires You or User shall mean any natural or legal person who agrees or has agreed to the use of Meesho Balance on www.meesho.com and/or mobile application under the brand name of Meesho (“Platform”).The term Meesho, We, Us, Our shall mean Meesho and its affiliates, if any.

1. By using or redeeming Meesho Balance, the User is agreeing to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions, as updated or modified from time to time. It is reiterated that Meesho Balance is a Gift PPI issued by PPL under the brand name of Qwikcilver and Meesho co-branding partner.
2. Meesho Balance is issued on the Platform to only those Users who are eligible for refunds where such Users had opted to use the Cash on Delivery (CoD) payment mechanism for their previous purchases on the Platform and explicitly opted for availing refund in the form of Meesho Balance.
3. Meesho Balance would be electronically credited to the User’s account on the Platform.
4. Meesho Balance can be redeemed only on purchase of eligible products on the Platform. This instrument cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
5. Meesho Balance issued on the Platform would contain a 16 digit electronic PPI number along with a 6 digit pin.
6. The validity of Meesho Balance is for a period of 1 year from the date of issuance.
7. A User may request for revalidation of expired Meesho Balance. Upon receipt of such request Meesho Balance may be revalidated after due verification and maybe subject to additional terms and conditions.
8. Users cannot transfer Meesho Balance issued to them to any other account. Pine Labs/Meesho retains the right to cancel Meesho Balance if it is found to have been transferred to another account. The User is solely responsible for the safety and security of Meesho Balance including retaining the PPI number and pin.
9. Users are also prohibited from selling Meesho Balance to any other User on the Platform. Pine Labs/Meesho retains the right to cancel Meesho Balance if it is found to have been sold to another User account.
10. Pine Labs/Meesho reserves the right to void/terminate Meesho Balance and take payment from alternative forms of payment if it is found that Meesho Balance was fraudulently or unlawfully obtained and/or redeemed to make purchases on the Platform.
11. Neither Pine Labs nor Meesho are responsible for any acts of omission or commission if Meesho Balance is lost, stolen or used without permission.
12. Meesho Balance cannot be encashed/redeemed for cash in any currency. Further, Meesho Balance is not reloadable with any currency by any means.
13. At the time of purchase of eligible products on the Platform, the User would have the option to redeem the value of Meesho Balance against such purchase.
14. If the order value exceeds the value of the Meesho Balance redeemed, the balance can be paid through the modes of Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking/UPI/Cash on Delivery. However, Meesho reserves the right to disable payment of balance amount through Cash on Delivery means as per it’s discretion and for such time periods as it deems fit.
15. If the order value is less than the value of Meesho Balance, the balance amount (post the deduction of the order value amount from Meesho Balance used in the previous Order) would reflect in Meesho Balance held by the concerned User account and that can be used for subsequent purchases/transactions.
16. You can combine any number of Meesho Balance Gift PPIs in a single order at the time of checkout unless Meesho communicates otherwise.
17. Meesho Balance can be combined with other promotional codes that may be available on the Platform from time to time unless Meesho communicates otherwise.
18. Meesho/Pine Labs assume no responsibility for the quality of any product purchased using Meesho Balance.
19. In cases where the order is canceled, the Meesho Balance amount shall be refunded to the concerned User’s Meesho Balance
20. Meesho Balance once credited to the User Account in lieu of cash refund cannot be canceled. Any cancellation would be at the sole discretion of Meesho/Pine Labs.
21. Meesho reserves the right to deny accepting any Meesho Balance if it suspects that there is duplicity of Meesho Balance.
22. You agree and understand that Meesho Balance is a pre-paid payment instrument subjected to regulations by the RBI under the RBI guidelines. Meesho/ Pine Labs Pvt. Ltd. may be required to share KYC details of the redeemer of Meesho Balance and/or any other information with relation to the redemption/use of Meesho Balance and/or transaction undertaken using Meesho Balance with RBI or such statutory authorities. Meesho/ Pine Labs Pvt. Ltd. may contact the redeemer/user of Meesho Balance for any such information.
23. In the event that the beneficiary/Know Your Customer (“KYC”) details as per RBI Guidelines are found to be incorrect/insufficient, Meesho/Pine Labs retain the right to cancel the Meesho Balance issued.
24. Meesho reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of Meesho Balance, including extending, withdrawing or discontinuing the same without notice, at its sole discretion.
25. All orders would be subject to availability at the time of purchase and will be governed by the standard terms and conditions on the Platform. In case of return of the purchased item, please refer to the “Return Policy” on the Platform.
26. The Platform does not warrant that the services and products provided to the User pursuant to these terms and conditions will be free of interruptions, errors, bugs, viruses, or security problems.
27. User agrees to indemnify Meesho/ its affiliates, officers, directors, from all claims brought by any third party against Meesho/ its affiliates, officers, directors, arising out of or in connection with any breach of these Meesho Balance terms and conditions. In no event shall the liability of Meesho for any claims arising by the redemption or usage of Meesho Balance exceed the value of the respective Meesho Balance Gift PPIs.
28. There is no fee or any other charges associated with this Gift PPI (Meesho balance)

30. All disputes arising out of or in connection to this scheme are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore only.

फ्लिपकार्ट गिफ्ट कार्ड

1. फ्लिपकार्ट गिफ्ट कार्ड (“जीसी” या “गिफ्ट कार्ड”) पाइन लैब्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड (“पाइन लैब्स”) द्वारा जारी किए जाते हैं जो भारत के कानूनों के तहत निगमित एक प्राइवेट लिमिटेड कंपनी है, और इस तरह के गिफ्ट कार्ड जारी करने के लिए भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक (“RBI”) द्वारा अधिकृत है। ये गिफ़्ट कार्ड “क्विकसिल्वर” के ब्रांड नाम के तहत जारी किए गए हैं।
2. गिफ्ट कार्ड को केवल www.flipkart.com या फ्लिपकार्ट मोबाइल ऐप या फ्लिपकार्ट एम-साइट (“प्लेटफ़ॉर्म”) पर सूचीबद्ध विक्रेताओं से ही ऑनलाइन रिडीम जा सकता है।
3. गिफ्ट कार्ड को केवल निम्नलिखित भुगतान मोड – क्रेडिट कार्ड, डेबिट कार्ड और नेट बैंकिंग का उपयोग करके www.flipkart.com या फ्लिपकार्ट मोबाइल ऐप पर खरीदा जा सकता है।
4. गिफ़्ट कार्ड को गिफ़्ट कार्ड के रूप में भुगतान मोड का चयन करके रिडीम जा सकता है। गिफ्ट कार्ड भुगतान विकल्प कई विक्रेताओं के साथ एकल ऑर्डर के लिए उपलब्ध है।
5. अन्य फ्लिपकार्ट गिफ्ट कार्ड या फ्लिपकार्ट फर्स्ट सब्सक्रिप्शन खरीदने के लिए गिफ्ट कार्ड का उपयोग नहीं किया जा सकता है।
6. प्लेटफ़ॉर्म पर थोक खरीदारी करने के लिए गिफ्ट कार्ड का उपयोग नहीं किया जा सकता है।
7. यदि ऑर्डर की कीमत गिफ्ट कार्ड राशि से अधिक है, तो शेष राशि का भुगतान क्रेडिट कार्ड/डेबिट कार्ड/इंटरनेट बैंकिंग द्वारा करना होगा। शेष राशि का भुगतान करने के लिए कैश ऑन डिलीवरी भुगतान विकल्प का उपयोग नहीं किया जा सकता है।
8. यदि ऑर्डर की कीमत गिफ्ट कार्ड की राशि से कम है, तो बकाया शेष (ऑर्डर मूल्य की कटौती के बाद) उसी गिफ़्ट कार्ड में दिखाई देगा और इसका उपयोग बाद के लेनदेन के लिए किया जा सकता है।
9. गिफ्ट कार्ड, जारी किये जाने की तारीख से 12 महीने की अवधि के लिए वैध हैं।
10. कार्डधारक, समय सीमा समाप्त हो चुके गिफ्ट कार्ड के पुनर्वैधांकन के लिए अनुरोध कर सकते हैं। ऐसा अनुरोध प्राप्त होने पर उचित सत्यापन के बाद और अतिरिक्त नियमों और शर्तों के अधीन गिफ़्ट कार्ड को फिर से मान्य किया जा सकता है।
11. गिफ्ट कार्ड को नकद या क्रेडिट के लिए रिडीम नहीं किया जा सकता है।
12. क्षतिग्रस्त, दोषपूर्ण या खोए उत्पादों के कारण आपको जारी किए गए गिफ्ट कार्ड किसी अन्य खाते में स्थानांतरित नहीं किए जाने चाहिए। यदि इसे किसी अन्य खाते में स्थानांतरित किया जाता है, तो पाइन लैब्स/फ्लिपकार्ट के पास ऐसे गिफ्ट कार्ड को रद्द करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है। कार्ड की सुरक्षा और संरक्षा की पूरी जिम्मेदारी आप पर है।
13. यदि गिफ़्ट कार्ड खो जाता है, चोरी हो जाता है या अनुमति के बिना उपयोग किया जाता है, तो Flipkart.com/या पाइन लैब्स किसी भी भूल-चूक के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं हैं।
14. गिफ्ट कार्ड को भेज दिये जाने के बाद, आपके द्वारा इसके पिन या कार्ड नंबर को गोपनीय रूप से संरक्षित किया जाना आवश्यक है। खरीदार की गलती के कारण इस तरह के किसी भी गोपनीय विवरण के प्रकट होने के कारण गिफ्ट कार्ड के किसी भी दुरुपयोग की स्थिति में, फ्लिपकार्ट/ पाइन लैब्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड इसके लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा और कोई धनवापसी नहीं की जायेगी।
15. आप चेक आउट के समय एक ही ऑर्डर में अधिकतम 15 गिफ़्ट कार्ड जोड़ सकते हैं। अगर आप एक ही ऑर्डर पर 15 से ज़्यादा गिफ़्ट कार्ड रिडीम करना चाहते हैं, तो कृपया अपने वॉलेट में गिफ़्ट कार्ड जोड़ें।
16. www.flipkart.com पाइन लैब्स गिफ्ट कार्ड का उपयोग करके खरीदे गए उत्पादों के लिए कोई ज़िम्मेदारी नहीं लेता है और इसकी कोई भी देयता स्पष्ट रूप से अस्वीकृत है।
17. खरीदे जा चुके गिफ्ट कार्ड्स को खरीदार द्वारा रद्द नहीं किया जा सकता है। कोई भी रद्दीकरण फ्लिपकार्ट/पाइन लैब्स के विवेकाधीन होगा।
18. आप 30 दिनों की अवधि में केवल 100 गिफ्ट कार्ड खरीद सकते हैं और खरीदे गए गिफ्ट कार्ड का कुल मूल्य एक महीने में 100,000/- रु. (एक लाख रुपये मात्र) से अधिक नहीं हो सकता है। इन सीमाओं से अधिक की खरीद स्वतः रद्द हो जायेगी।
19. यदि गिफ्ट कार्ड को धोखाधड़ी से खरीदा जाता है तो पाइन लैब्स/फ्लिपकार्ट के पास इसे रद्द करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है। ऐसे मामलों में, निधियों को उसी स्रोत में वापस जमा किया जाएगा जहां से ये प्राप्त हुई थीं।
20. यदि आरबीआई दिशानिर्देशों के अनुसार लाभार्थी/नो योर कस्टमर (“केवाईसी”) विवरण गलत/अपर्याप्त पाए जाते हैं, तो Flipkart.com/पाइन लैब्स को जारी किए गए गिफ्ट कार्ड को रद्द करने का अधिकार है।
21. आप सहमत हैं और समझते हैं कि गिफ्ट कार्ड आरबीआई के दिशानिर्देशों के तहत नियमों के अधीन एक प्री – पेड भुगतान साधन हैं। फ्लिपकार्ट/पाइन लैब्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड को गिफ्ट कार्ड के खरीदार/रिडीम करने वाले के केवाईसी विवरण और/या गिफ्ट कार्ड की खरीद और/या उसके उपयोग से किये गये लेनदेन से संबंधित जानकारी आरबीआई या ऐसे वैधानिक अधिकारियों के साथ कोई अन्य जानकारी साझा करने की आवश्यकता हो सकती है। फ्लिपकार्ट/ पाइन लैब्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड इस तरह की किसी भी जानकारी के लिए गिफ्ट कार्ड के खरीदार/रिडीमर से संपर्क कर सकते हैं।
22. ई-गिफ्ट कार्ड की खरीद पर कोई भी शुल्क या प्रभार देय नहीं है।
23. गिफ़्ट कार्ड को दोबारा लोड नहीं किया जा सकता है और न ही इसकी पुनर्बिक्री की जा सकती है।
24. गिफ्ट कार्ड पर कोई भी ऑफ़र जिसमें बैंक द्वारा ऑफ़र और तत्काल कैश बैक शामिल है, फ्लिपकार्ट/पाइन लैब्स के विवेकाधिकार पर कभी भी वापस लिया जा सकता है।

ಫ್ಲಿಪ್‌ಕಾರ್ಟ್ ಗಿಫ್ಟ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳು

1. ಫ್ಲಿಪ್‌ಕಾರ್ಟ್ ಗಿಫ್ಟ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು (“ಜಿಸಿಗಳು” ಅಥವಾ “ಗಿಫ್ಟ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳು”) ಪೈನ್ ಲ್ಯಾಬ್ಸ್ ಪ್ರೈ.ಲಿ. (“ಪೈನ್ ಲ್ಯಾಬ್ಸ್”) ನೀಡುತ್ತದೆ, ಇದು ಭಾರತದ ಕಾನೂನುಗಳ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಘಟಿತವಾದ ಒಂದು ಖಾಸಗಿ ಲಿಮಿಟೆಡ್ ಕಂಪನಿಯಾಗಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅಂತಹ ಗಿಫ್ಟ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಲು ಭಾರತೀಯ ರಿಸರ್ವ್ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ (“RBI”) ನಿಂದ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಹೊಂದಿದೆ. ಗಿಫ್ಟ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಕ್ವಿಕ್‌ಸಿಲ್ವರ್ ಬ್ರಾಂಡ್ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
2. ಗಿಫ್ಟ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್‌ ಮೂಲಕ www.flipkart.com ಅಥವಾ ಫ್ಲಿಪ್‌ಕಾರ್ಟ್ ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ಅಪ್ಲಿಕೇಶನ್ ಅಥವಾ Flipkart m-site (“ಪ್ಲಾಟ್‌ಫಾರ್ಮ್”) ನಲ್ಲಿ ಪಟ್ಟಿ ಮಾಡಲಾದ ಮಾರಾಟಗಾರರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರವೇ ಬಳಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದು.
3. ಗಿಫ್ಟ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು www.flipkart.com ಅಥವಾ ಫ್ಲಿಪ್‌ಕಾರ್ಟ್ ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ಅಪ್ಲಿಕೇಶನ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನ ಪಾವತಿ ವಿಧಾನಗಳನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಖರೀದಿಸಬಹುದು – ಕ್ರೆಡಿಟ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್, ಡೆಬಿಟ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್ ಮತ್ತು ನೆಟ್ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿಂಗ್.
4. ಪಾವತಿ ಮೋಡ್ ಅನ್ನು ಗಿಫ್ಟ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್ ಎಂದು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಗಿಫ್ಟ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಬಳಕೆ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು. ಹಲವು ಮಾರಾಟಗಾರರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಿಂಗಲ್ ಆರ್ಡರ್‌ಗಳಿಗೆ ಗಿಫ್ಟ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಪಾವತಿಸುವ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯು ಲಭ್ಯವಿದೆ.
5. ಇತರ ಫ್ಲಿಪ್‌ಕಾರ್ಟ್ ಗಿಫ್ಟ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳು ಅಥವಾ ಫ್ಲಿಪ್‌ಕಾರ್ಟ್ ನ ಮೊದಲ ಚಂದಾದಾರಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಖರೀದಿಸಲು ಗಿಫ್ಟ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಬಳಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
6. ಪ್ಲಾಟ್‌ಫಾರ್ಮ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಖರೀದಿಸಲು ಗಿಫ್ಟ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಬಳಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
7. ಆರ್ಡರ್ ಮೌಲ್ಯವು ಗಿಫ್ಟ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್ ನ ಮೊತ್ತವನ್ನು ಮೀರಿದರೆ, ಬಾಕಿ ಮೊತ್ತವನ್ನು ಕ್ರೆಡಿಟ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್ / ಡೆಬಿಟ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್ / ಇಂಟರ್ನೆಟ್ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿಂಗ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಪಾವತಿಸಬೇಕು. ಬಾಕಿ ಮೊತ್ತವನ್ನು ಪಾವತಿಸಲು ಕ್ಯಾಶ್ ಆನ್ ಡೆಲಿವರಿ ಪಾವತಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯನ್ನು ಬಳಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
8. ಆರ್ಡರ್ ಮೌಲ್ಯವು ಗಿಫ್ಟ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್‌ನ ಮೊತ್ತಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಕಡಿಮೆಯಿದ್ದರೆ, (ಆರ್ಡರ್ ಮೌಲ್ಯದ ಕಡಿತದ ನಂತರ) ಬಾಕಿ ಉಳಿದಿರುವ ಹಣವು ಅದೇ ಗಿಫ್ಟ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿರುತ್ತದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅದನ್ನು ಮುಂದಿನ ವಹಿವಾಟುಗಳಿಗೆ ಬಳಸಬಹುದು.
9. ಗಿಫ್ಟ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳು ವಿತರಣೆಯ ದಿನಾಂಕದಿಂದ 12 ತಿಂಗಳ ಅವಧಿಗೆ ಮಾನ್ಯವಾಗಿರುತ್ತವೆ.
10. ಅವಧಿ ಮೀರಿದ ಗಿಫ್ಟ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್‌ನ ಮರುಮೌಲ್ಯಮಾಪನಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಡ್‌ದಾರರು ವಿನಂತಿಸಬಹುದು. ಅಂತಹ ವಿನಂತಿಯನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿದ ನಂತರ ಗಿಫ್ಟ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್ ಅನ್ನು ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿ ನಂತರ ಅದನ್ನು ಮರುಮೌಲ್ಯೀಕರಿಸಬಹುದು ಮತ್ತು ಅದು ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ನಿಯಮಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಷರತ್ತುಗಳಿಗೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟಿರಬಹುದು.
11. ಗಿಫ್ಟ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ನಗದು ಅಥವಾ ಕ್ರೆಡಿಟ್‌ಗಾಗಿ ಬಳಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
12. ಹಾನಿಗೊಳಗಾದ, ದೋಷಪೂರಿತ ಅಥವಾ ಕಾಣೆಯಾದ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದಾಗಿ ನಿಮಗೆ ನೀಡಲಾದ ಗಿಫ್ಟ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಯಾವುದೇ ಇತರ ಖಾತೆಗೆ ವರ್ಗಾಯಿಸಬಾರದು. ಅಂತಹ ಗಿಫ್ಟ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಬೇರೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಖಾತೆಗೆ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ ಮಾಡಿರುವುದು ಕಂಡುಬಂದಲ್ಲಿ ಅದನ್ನು ರದ್ದುಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಹಕ್ಕನ್ನು ಪೈನ್ ಲ್ಯಾಬ್ಸ್ / ಫ್ಲಿಪ್‌ಕಾರ್ಟ್ ಕಾಯ್ದಿರಿಸಿದೆ. ಗಿಫ್ಟ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳ ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಭದ್ರತೆಗೆ ನೀವು ಮಾತ್ರ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರರಾಗಿರುತ್ತೀರಿ.
