JABONG GIFT CARDS

Jabong Gift Card is issued by Pine Labs Pvt. Ltd which is a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India, and is authorized by the Reserve Bank of India ("RBI") to issue such Gift Cards. The Gift Cards are issued under the brand name of Qwikcilver.
This Gift Card is redeemable only on Jabong marketplace platform.
This Gift Card shall have a validity period of 1 year.
Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit and cannot be reloaded.
This Gift Card can be redeemed online against all sellers listed on www.jabong.com or Jabong Mobile App.
In cases where the order is cancelled or returned, the Gift Card amount shall be refunded to the source Gift Card.
The balance amount, if any, of the cost of the item being purchased by the Customer, after the discount has been availed, will have to be paid by the Customer at the time of purchase. If the order value exceeds the Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid by Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking/Cash on Delivery.
GST may apply in addition to the unit sale price on certain products, but the final inclusive price will not exceed the 'M.R.P.'
All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits accruing under the offer shall be borne solely by the Customer.
If the order value is less than the amount of the Gift Cards balance, the outstanding balance (after deduction of order value) will reflect under the same Gift Cards and can be used for subsequent transactions.
Gift Cards can be redeemed by selecting the payment mode at the time of checkout.
You are solely responsible for the safety and security of the Gift Cards. Jabong.com/ Pine Labs are not responsible for any acts of omission or commission if Gift Card is lost, stolen or used without permission.
Once the Gift Card has been sent to the customer, then the customers are bound to protect the Gift Card PIN or Gift Card number. In the event of any misuse of Gift Card due to loss of any such confidential details due to the fault of the purchaser/customer, Jabong.com/ Pine Labs Pvt. Ltd shall not be held responsible for the same and no refund can be issued against such Gift Cards.
com/ Pine Labs assume no responsibility for the products purchased using the Gift Card and any liability thereof is expressly disclaimed. Product warranty shall be regulated by the terms and conditions mentioned on the warranty card of respective products.
Pine Labs /Jabong reserves the right to cancel the Gift Card if the same have been found to be purchased with fraudulent means and/or the beneficiary/Know Your Customer ("KYC") details as per RBI Guidelines are found to be incorrect/insufficient. In such cases, the funds shall be credited back to the same source from where these were received.
You agree and understand that Gift Cards are a pre-paid payment Instrument subjected to regulations by RBI. Under the RBI guidelines, Jabong/ Pine Labs Pvt. Ltd may be required to share KYC details of the purchaser/ redeemer of the Gift Card and/or any other information with relation to the purchase of the Gift Cards and/or transaction undertaken using the Gift Card with RBI or such statutory authorities. Jabong/ Pine Labs Pvt. Ltd may contact the purchaser/redeemer of the GC for any such information.
Jabong along with its sellers reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Gift Card, including extending, withdrawing or discontinuing the same without notice, at its sole discretion.
The cardholder may request for the revalidation of the expired Gift Card. Upon receipt of such request the Gift Card may be revalidated after due verification and maybe subject to additional terms and conditions.
All orders would be subject to availability at the time of purchase and will be governed by the standard terms and conditions on https://www.jabong.com. In case of return of the purchased item, please refer to the "Return Policy" on our website or write to care@jabong.com
All disputes arising out of or in connection to this scheme are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi only.

जबांग गिफ्ट कार्ड पाइन लैब्स प्रा. लि. द्वारा जारी किया जाता है। पाइन लैब्स भारतीय अधिनियमों के अंतर्गत निगमित एक प्राइवेट लिमिटेड कंपनी है और ऐसे गिफ्ट कार्ड्स जारी करने के लिए रिज़र्व बैंक आफ इंडिया ("आरबीआई") के द्वारा प्राधिकृत है। ये गिफ़्ट कार्ड्स क्विकसिल्वर ब्रांड के नाम से जारी किए गये हैं।
जबांग गिफ्ट कार्ड्स केवल जबांग मार्केटप्लेस प्लाटफार्म पर ही रिडीम किए जा सकते हैं।
गिफ्ट कार्ड्स १ (एक) साल के अवधि के लिए वैध रहेंगे।
गिफ्ट कार्ड्स नकद या क्रेडिट के लिए रिडीम नहीं किया जा सकते और रीलोड भी नहीं किया जा सकते।
यह गिफ्ट कार्ड www.jabong.com पर लिस्ट किए गए सभी सेलर्स के लिए और जबांग मोबाइल एप पर आनलाइन रिडीम किए जा सकते हैं।
आर्डर के कैन्सल होने या वापस किए जाने पर गिफ्ट कार्ड की रकम फिर से उसी गिफ्ट कार्ड में रीफंड की जाएगी।
ग्राहक द्वारा खरीदारी पर डिस्काउंट का लाभ लेने के बाद यदि कोई रकम बकाया रहती है, तो वह रकम ग्राहक को खरीदारी के समय पर भरना आवश्यक है। यदि आर्डर वैल्यू गिफ्ट कार्ड की राशि से अधिक है, तो बकाया राशि का भुगतान क्रेडिट कार्ड/डेबिट कार्ड/इंटरनेट बैंकिंग/कैश आन डिलिवरी के माध्यम से करना आवश्यक है।
कुछ उत्पादनोंपर यूनिट सेल प्राइस के साथ जीएसटी भी लागू हो सकता है। लेकिन अंतिम सर्वसमावेशक कीमत एमआरपी से अधिक नहीं होगी।
योजना के अंतर्गत मिलने वाले लाभों से उत्पन्न सभी टैक्सेज़, ड्यूटीज़, लेवीज़ और अन्य वैधानिक शुल्क और प्रभार का भुगतान केवल ग्राहक को ही करना होगा।
यदि आर्डर वैल्यू गिफ्ट कार्ड की राशि से कम है, तो बची हुई राशि (आर्डर वैल्यू काटने के बाद) उन्हीं गिफ्ट कार्ड में दिखेगी और वैधता काल के अंदर आगे होने वाले ट्रांजैक्शन्स के लिए उनका उपयोग किया जा सकता है।
गिफ्ट कार्ड्स रिडीम करने के लिए चेकआऊट के समय पेमेंट मोड सिलेक्ट कीजिए।
आप के गिफ्ट कार्ड्स की सुरक्षा के लिए केवल आप ही जिम्मेदार हैं। यदि गिफ्ट कार्ड गुम जाता है, चोरी हो जाता है या आप की अनुमति के बिना प्रयोग में लाया जाता है, तो Jabong.com/ पाइन लैब्स अनुपस्थिति या नियुक्ति के काम के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होंगे।
एक बार ग्राहक को गिफ्ट कार्ड भेज दिए जाने के बाद, ग्राहक के लिए गिफ्ट कार्ड पिन या गिफ्ट कार्ड नंबर सुरक्षित और गोपनीय रखना आवश्यक है। खरीदार/ग्राहक की गलती से अगर यह गोपनीय जानकारी गलत हाथों में पड़कर इन गिफ्ट कार्ड्स का दुरुपयोग होता है, तो www.jabong.com पाइन लैब्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड इस के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं ठहराए जा सकते और रकम वापस भी नहीं की जा सकती / रीफंड भी इश्यू किया नहीं जाएगा।
www.jabong.com पाइन लैब्स गिफ्ट कार्ड दे कर खरीदे जाने वाले किसी भी उत्पादन की जिम्मेदारी नहीं लेते और इसका कोई भी दायित्व स्पष्ट रूप से अस्वीकार करते हैं। उस उत्पादन की प्राडक्ट वारंटी उसी विशिष्ट उत्पादन के वारंटी कार्ड पर लिखे गए नियम और शर्तों के अनुसार नियंत्रित की जाएगी।
अगर गिफ्ट कार्ड धोखाधड़ी से खरीदे जाते हैं और/या यदि आरबीआई मार्गदर्शक तत्वों के अनुसार लाभार्थी / नो युवर कस्टमर (केवायसी) विवरण गलत या अधूरा पाया जाता है, तो इस परिस्थिति में पाइन लैब्स / जबांग गिफ्ट कार्ड को कैन्सल करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं। ऐसे मामलों में जहाँ से रकम मिली है उसी स्रोत को वह रकम वापस की जाएगी।
आप सहमत हैं और जानते हैं कि, गिफ्ट कार्ड्स आरबीआई मार्गदर्शक तत्वों के अंतर्गत आरबीआई के नियमों के अधीन जारी किया गया प्रीपेड भुगतान साधन है। जबांग/पाइन लैब्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड को, गिफ्ट कार्ड्स की खरीदारी के बारे में या उनका उपयोग करके किए गए किसी भी ट्रान्जैक्शन के बारे में या खरीदार/रिडिमर के बारे में केवायसी विवरण आरबीआई या ऐसी वैधानिक प्राधिकरण को देने की आवश्यकता पड़ सकती है। इस विवरण के लिए जबांग / पाइन लैब्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड गिफ्ट कार्ड्स के खरीदार/रिडिमर से संपर्क कर सकते हैं।
जबांग अपने सेलर्स के साथ गिफ्ट कार्ड के नियम और शर्तें बदलने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं, जिसमें अपने निर्णय के अनुसार बढ़ाना, वापस लेना या बिना सूचना दिए उसे बंद करना भी शामिल है।
गिफ़्ट कार्ड की अवधि समाप्त हो जाने पर, कार्डधारक द्वारा उसके पुनर्वैधांकन के लिए अनुरोध किया जा सकता है। इस तरह का अनुरोध प्राप्त होने पर, गिफ़्ट कार्ड के सत्यापन के पश्चात इसका पुनर्वैधांकन किया जा सकता है और इस पर अतिरिक्त नियम व शर्तें लागू हो सकती हैं।
सभी आर्डर्स खरीदारी के समय उपलब्धता पर निर्भर होंगे और jabong.com के नियत नियम और शर्तों से नियमित होंगे। खरीदी हुई वस्तु को वापस करने के लिए हमारी वेबसाइट पर 'रिटर्न पालिसी' देखिए या care@jabong.com को लिखिए।
इस योजना से या इस के संबंध में उत्पन्न होने वाले सभी विवाद दिल्ली के न्यायालयों के एकमात्र न्यायाधिकार क्षेत्र के अधीन हैं।
गिफ़्ट कार्ड्स के लिए कोई शुल्क या प्रभार लागू नहीं है।

ಜಬಾಂಗ್ಗಿಫ್ಟ್ಕಾರ್ಡ್ಅನ್ನು ಪೈನ್ ಲ್ಯಾಬ್ಸ್ ಪ್ರೈವೇಟ್ ಲಿಮಿಟೆಡ್ ನೀಡುತ್ತದೆ. ಇದು ಭಾರತದ ಕಾನೂನುಗಳ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಯೋಜಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಒಂದು ಪ್ರೈವೇಟ್ಲಿಮಿಟೆಡ್ಕಂಪನಿಯಾಗಿದೆಮತ್ತುಅಂತಹಗಿಫ್ಟ್ಕಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳನ್ನುನೀಡಲುರಿಸರ್ವ್ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ಆಫ್ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ("ಆರ್‌ಬಿ‌ಐ") ದಿಂದಅಧಿಕೃತಗೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಗಿಫ್ಟ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್‍ಗಳನ್ನು ಕ್ವಿಕ್‍ಸಿಲ್ವರ್ ಬ್ರ್ಯಾಂಡ್ ಹೆಸರಿನ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
ಈಗಿಫ್ಟ್ಕಾರ್ಡ್ಅನ್ನುಜಬಾಂಗ್ಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೆಪ್ಲಾಟ್‌ಫಾರ್ಮ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿಮಾತ್ರಬಳಸಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ.
ಈಗಿಫ್ಟ್ಕಾರ್ಡ್ 1 ವರ್ಷದಮಾನ್ಯತೆಯಅವಧಿಯನ್ನುಹೊಂದಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

ಖರೀದಿಯಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿರಿಯಾಯಿತಿಯನ್ನುಪಡೆದನಂತರ, ಖರೀದಿಸುವವಸ್ತುವಿನಬೆಲೆಯಬಾಕಿಮೊತ್ತಏನಾದರೂಇದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ , ಅದನ್ನುಗ್ರಾಹಕರುಪಾವತಿಸಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಆರ್ಡರ್ಮೌಲ್ಯವುಗಿಫ್ಟ್ಕಾರ್ಡ್ಮೊತ್ತವನ್ನುಮೀರಿದರೆ, ಬಾಕಿಹಣವನ್ನುಕ್ರೆಡಿಟ್ಕಾರ್ಡ್ / ಡೆಬಿಟ್ಕಾರ್ಡ್ / ಇಂಟರ್ನೆಟ್ಬ್ಯಾಂಕಿಂಗ್ / ಕ್ಯಾಶ್ಆನ್ಡೆಲಿವರಿಮೂಲಕಪಾವತಿಸಬೇಕು.
ಕೆಲವುಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳಮೇಲಿನಮಾರಾಟದಬೆಲೆಗೆಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿಯಾಗಿ, ಜಿ‍ಎಸ್‍ಟಿಅನ್ವಯಿಸಬಹುದು, ಆದರೆಎಲ್ಲವನ್ನೂಸೇರಿಸಿಅಂತಿಮಬೆಲೆ ’ಎಂ.ಆರ್.ಪಿ.’ ಅನ್ನುಮೀರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ
ಆಫರ್ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿಬರುವಲಾಭಗಳಿಗೆಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆಪಾವತಿಸಬೇಕಾದಎಲ್ಲಾತೆರಿಗೆಗಳು, ಕರಗಳು, ಸುಂಕಗಳುಅಥವಾಇತರಶಾಸನಬದ್ಧಪಾವತಿಗಳುಮತ್ತುಶುಲ್ಕಗಳನ್ನುಗ್ರಾಹಕರೇಭರಿಸಬೇಕು.
ಆರ್ಡರ್ಮೌಲ್ಯವುಗಿಫ್ಟ್ಕಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳಬ್ಯಾಲೆನ್ಸ್‍ಗಿಂತಕಡಿಮೆಯಿದ್ದರೆ, ಬಾಕಿಇರುವಮೊತ್ತವು (ಆರ್ಡರ್ಮೌಲ್ಯವನ್ನುಕಡಿತಗೊಳಿಸಿದನಂತರ) ಅದೇಗಿಫ್ಟ್ಕಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳಲ್ಲಿಇರುತ್ತದೆಮತ್ತುಇದನ್ನುನಂತರದವಹಿವಾಟುಗಳಿಗೆಬಳಸಬಹುದು.
ಚೆಕ್ಔಟ್ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿಪಾವತಿಮೋಡ್ಅನ್ನುಬಳಸುವಮೂಲಕಗಿಫ್ಟ್ಕಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳನ್ನುಉಪಯೋಗಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದು
ಗಿಫ್ಟ್ಕಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳಸುರಕ್ಷತೆಮತ್ತುಭದ್ರತೆಗೆನೀವೇಸಂಪೂರ್ಣಜವಾಬ್ದಾರರಾಗಿರುತ್ತೀರಿ. ಗಿಫ್ಟ್ಕಾರ್ಡ್ಕಳೆದುಹೋದರೆ, ಕಳವಾದರೆಅಥವಾಅನುಮತಿಯಿಲ್ಲದೆಬಳಸಿದರೆಜಬಾಂಗ್.ಕಾಮ್ /ಪೈನ್ ಲ್ಯಾಬ್ಸ್ ಯಾವುದೇ ಲೋಪ ಅಥವಾ ನಷ್ಟದ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
ಒಮ್ಮೆಗಿಫ್ಟ್ಕಾರ್ಡ್ಅನ್ನುಗ್ರಾಹಕರಿಗೆಕಳುಹಿಸಿದನಂತರ, ಗ್ರಾಹಕರುಗಿಫ್ಟ್ಕಾರ್ಡ್ಪಿನ್ಅಥವಾಗಿಫ್ಟ್ಕಾರ್ಡ್ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯನ್ನುರಕ್ಷಿಸಲುಬದ್ಧರಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಖರೀದಿದಾರ / ಗ್ರಾಹಕರದೋಷದಿಂದಾಗಿಅಂತಹಯಾವುದೇಗೌಪ್ಯವಿವರಗಳನ್ನುಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡಕಾರಣಗಿಫ್ಟ್ಕಾರ್ಡ್‌ನಯಾವುದೇದುರುಪಯೋಗದಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ, ಜಬಾಂಗ್.ಕಾಮ್ / ಪೈನ್ ಲ್ಯಾಬ್ಸ್ ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರರಾಗಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಮತ್ತು ಅಂತಹ ಗಿಫ್ಟ್ಕಾರ್ಡ್‍ಗಳಿಗೆಯಾವುದೇಮರುಪಾವತಿನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
ಗಿಫ್ಟ್ಕಾರ್ಡ್ಬಳಸಿಖರೀದಿಸಿದಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳಿಗೆಜಬಾಂಗ್.ಕಾಮ್ / ಪೈನ್ ಲ್ಯಾಬ್ಸ್ ಯಾವುದೇ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಮತ್ತು ಅದರ ಯಾವುದೇ ಹೊಣೆಗಾರಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿ ನಿರಾಕರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಖಾತರಿ (ವಾರಂಟಿ) ಯನ್ನುಆಯಾಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳಖಾತರಿ (ವಾರಂಟಿ) ಕಾರ್ಡ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿಉಲ್ಲೇಖಿಸಿರುವನಿಯಮಗಳುಮತ್ತುಷರತ್ತುಗಳಿಂದನಿಯಂತ್ರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
ಗಿಫ್ಟ್ಕಾರ್ಡ್ಅನ್ನುಮೋಸದಿಂದಖರೀದಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆಮತ್ತು / ಅಥವಾಆರ್‌ಬಿ‌ಐಮಾರ್ಗಸೂಚಿಗಳಪ್ರಕಾರಫಲಾನುಭವಿಯ / ನಿಮ್ಮಗ್ರಾಹಕರನ್ನುತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳಿ ("ಕೆವೈಸಿ") ವಿವರಗಳುತಪ್ಪಾಗಿದೆ / ಸಾಕಷ್ಟಿಲ್ಲಎಂದುಕಂಡುಬಂದಲ್ಲಿಗಿಫ್ಟ್ಕಾರ್ಡ್ಅನ್ನುರದ್ದುಗೊಳಿಸುವಹಕ್ಕನ್ನು ಪೈನ್ ಲ್ಯಾಬ್ಸ್ / ಜಬಾಂಗ್ ಹೊಂದಿದೆ. ಅಂತಹ ಸಂದರ್ಭಗಳಲ್ಲಿ, ಹಣವನ್ನುಯಾವಮೂಲದಿಂದಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿದೆಯೋಅದೇಮೂಲಕ್ಕೆಜಮಾಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
