Terms & Conditions

1. These terms and conditions apply to ITC Store Gift Cards ("Gift Cards") issued by Pinelabs under the brand name of Qwikcilver. Pinelabs is a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India authorized to issue such Gift Cards. This ITC Store Gift Card will be in the form 16-digit electronic card number along with a 6-digit pin. This Gift Card is a Semi Closed Loop Pre-Paid instrument.


2. Your purchase or use of the ITC Store Gift Card constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms and conditions, as updated or modified from time to time.


3. ITC Store Gift Cards may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible products ONLY on https://itcstore.in/


4. Every holder of Gift Cards shall be required to add the value stored on this ITC Store Gift Card into the ITC Store Magic Box Account as a pre-requisite to the redemption of the Gift Cards. The loading of the ITC Store Gift card onto the ITC Store Magic Box Account shall constitute a registration of the User


5. Multiple Gift Cards can be added into the ITC Store Magic Box Account. ITC Store Magic Box Account Balance gets deducted and when the user makes purchases on the itcstore.in portal


6. Any unused balance will remain associated with the card holders ITC Store Magic Box account and applied to purchases in order of earliest expiration date.


7. If a purchase exceeds the card holders ITC Store Magic Box Account balance, the remaining amount must be paid with by credit card, net banking or debit card. No fees or charges apply on ITC Store Gift Card redemption


8. Pinelabs may provide Gift Card purchasers with information about the redemption, status of Gift Cards


9. The Card Holders agrees and understands that the ITC Store Gift Card is a prepaid payment Instrument regulated by Reserve Bank of India. Under the applicable laws, Technobubble Innovation Labs Pvt Ltd / Pinelabs may be required to share the details of ITC Store Gift Card holder/ card holder of the ITC Store Gift Cards and/or any other information with relation to the redemption of the ITC Store Gift Cards and/or transaction undertaken using the ITC Store Gift Cards with RBI or such statutory authorities. Technobubble Innovation Labs Pvt Ltd / Pinelabs may contact the Card Holder of the ITC Store Gift Cards for any such information. By Registering the ITC Store Gift Card, the User explicitly gives his permission for the usage of his personal information in the manner set out herein above


10. Pinelabs is not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission as Gift Card is a Bearer Instrument. ITC STORE will have the right to close customer accounts and take payment from alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Card is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on itcstore.com. In such cases, the balance on the ITC Store Gift Card shall be credited back to the same source account from where payments were received after due verification


11. Pinelabs reserves the right to change the ITC Store Gift Card terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion and without prior notice to you. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law


12. ITC Store Gift Cards, including any unused Gift Card balances, expire one year from the date of issuance.


13. ITC Store Gift Cards may only be purchased in denominations ranging from Rs. 50 to Rs. 10,000, or such other limits as Pinelabs may determine.


14. ITC Store Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.


15. ITC Store Gift Cards cannot be reloaded or redeemed for cash.


16. Unused Gift Card balances associated with an ITC Store Magic Box account may not be transferred to another ITC Store Magic Box account.


17. This ITC Store Gift Card is valid for a period of 1 year from the date of issuance.


18. The User may request for the revalidation of the expired ITC Store Gift Card. Upon receipt of such request the gift card may be revalidated after due verification and maybe subject to additional terms and conditions


19. No interest will be payable by Pinelabs on any Gift Card or Gift Card balance. Pinelabs makes no representation or warranty that https://www.itcstore.in will always be accessible without interruption.

22. ITC Store shall honour and consider requests for blocking of Gift Cards only from users who have registered in accordance with the terms above


23. ITC Store Gift Card is valid on itcstore.in only for customers residing in Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Lucknow, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Indore, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai
