Cashify Gift Card(s) (referred to as “Cashify Gift Cards”) are issued by Pine Labs Pvt. Ltd. ("Pine Labs") a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India, and is authorized to issue such Gift Cards. This Cashify Gift Card will be in the form of a 16 digit electronic Gift Card with 6 digit pin. Cashify Gift Card is a Semi closed system Gift Instrument. The Gift Cards are issued under the brand name of Qwikcilver
The Cashify Gift Cards can be received by individual holders of the Cashify Gift Cards (“Users”) and thereafter used for purchase of select products offered by Participating Merchants and availing an exchange benefit against the purchase of the said products. The list of the Participating Merchants are available at < https://Cashify.in/lp.
Pine Labs/Cashify do not offer and are not responsible for any additional benefits including, schemes, rebates or discounts offered on the use of the card by Participating Merchant.
The Cashify Gift Card may be used by Users in the following manner:
In order to use the Cashify Gift Card, Users must REGISTER it by sending sms to 9996633323, <CHYACT> < Card Number> <Pin> <First Name> <Last Name>.
Sending of the above message to the designated mobile number and receipt of due acknowledgement thereto, shall constitute registration of the User.
In order to redeem the Cashify Gift Card, users will have to provide the 16 Digit card number at any of the Participating Merchant Outlets.
For redemption, a 6 Digit OTP will be generated and delivered to the registered mobile number. This needs to be presented to the cashier for redemption and billing.
The Participating Store details can be accessed on https://cashify.in/lp/apr.
Cashify Gift Cards cannot be redeemed on the Cashify website for any products/services and must be redeemed only at the designated outlets of Participating Merchants.
Cashify Gift Cards is a Prepaid payment instrument and cannot be exchanged for Cash.
Cashify Gift Cards will be valid for a period of 1 (One) year from the date of issuance.
If the order value is less than the current balance of the Cashify Gift Cards, the outstanding balance can be used in the next purchase at any designated outlet of the Participating Merchants during the validity period of the same.
If the order value is more than the balance existing in the Cashify Gift Cards, the excess differential amount needs to be paid by the User through other modes of payment.
In case the Order is cancelled by any registered User within the timeframe as mentioned in the Cancellation Policy of any Participating Merchant, the redeemed amount corresponding to the cancelled order will be credited back to the Cashify Gift Card.
Credit to the Gift Card against order cancellation is subject to the Participating Merchant confirming that the Order/Bill has been cancelled at their end. The amount will be restored within 24 hours from the time the Participating Merchant confirms cancellation.
Once the Cashify Gift Card has been sent to the User, each User must ensure confidentiality of the card number and pin. In the event of any misuse of Cashify Gift Cards due to loss of any such confidential details due to the fault of the User, Neither of Pine Labs, Cashify nor the Participating Merchant will be responsible for such loss.
Pine Labs/Cashify reserve the right to cancel the Cashify Gift Cards if the same have been found to be received through fraudulent means. In such cases, the balance on the Cashify Gift Card shall be credited back to the same source from where payments were received after due verification.
The User agrees and understands that the Cashify Gift Card is a prepaid payment Instrument regulated by Reserve Bank of India. Under the applicable laws, Cashify / Pine Labs may be required to share the details of Cashify Gift Card holder/ redeemer of the Cashify Gift Cards and/or any other information with relation to the redemption of the Cashify Gift Cards and/or transaction undertaken using the Cashify Gift Cards with RBI or such statutory authorities. Cashify / Pine Labs may contact the User redeemer of the Cashify Gift Cards for any such information. By Registering the Cashify Gift Card, the User explicitly gives his permission for the usage of his personal information in the manner set out hereinabove.
Card balance and validity can be checked on link provided as per the Terms and Conditions on the Cashify Gift Card. Save as set out therein, no fees or other charges are applicable.
Cashify Gift Card once received cannot be returned or exchanged for value in any manner whatsoever.
Cashify Gift Cards cannot be reloaded / resold.
The User may request for the revalidation of the expired Cashify Gift Card. Upon receipt of such request the gift card may be revalidated after due verification and maybe subject to additional terms and conditions.
Multiple Cashify Gift cards can be clubbed and redeemed in a single invoice/bill, at the designated outlets of the Participating Merchant Outlets. The additional exchange value of up to Rs. 1500/- is applicable per iPhone.
Cashify / Pine Labs shall honor and consider requests for blocking of Gift Cards only from Users who have registered in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Cashify Gift Card as specified in Clause 4 above.

कैशिफाई गिफ़्ट कार्ड (कार्ड्स) ("कैशिफाई गिफ्ट कार्ड्स” के रूप में उल्लेखित) को पाइन लैब्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड ("पाइन लैब्स") द्वारा जारी किया गया है। पाइन लैब्स, भारतीय कानून के तहत शुरू की गयी प्राइवेट लिमिटेड कंपनी है और यह इस तरह के गिफ्ट कार्ड्स जारी करने हेतु अधिकृत है। यह कैशिफाई गिफ्ट कार्ड, 16 अंक के इलेक्‍ट्रॉनिक गिफ्ट कार्ड के रूप में होगा, जिसके साथ 6 अंक का पिन होगा। कैशिफाई गिफ्ट कार्ड, सेमी क्लोज्ड सिस्टम गिफ्ट इंस्ट्रुमेंट है - गिफ़्ट कार्ड्स को क्विकसिल्वर ब्रांड के नाम से जारी किया जाता
कैशिफाई गिफ्ट कार्ड्स, कैशिफाई गिफ्ट कार्ड्स के व्यक्तिगत धारकों (''उपयोगकर्ताओं'') द्वारा प्राप्त किये जा सकते हैं और उसके बाद प्रतिभागी मर्चेंट्स द्वारा उपलब्ध कराये जाने वाले चुनिंदा उत्पादों को खरीदने एवं कथित उत्पादों की खरीद पर एक्सचेंज लाभ प्राप्त करने हेतु इनका उपयोग किया जा सकता है। प्रतिभागी मर्चेंट्स की सूची https://Cashify.in/lp पर उपलब्ध है।
पाइन लैब्स/कैशिफाई न तो स्कीम्स, छूट या रिबेट जैसा कोई भी अतिरिक्त लाभ उपलब्ध कराता है और न ही प्रतिभागी मर्चेंट द्वारा इस कार्ड के उपयोग पर दिये जाने वाले ऐसे लाभों के लिए जिम्मेदार है।
उपयोगकर्ताओं द्वारा निम्नलिखित तरीके से कैशिफाई गिफ्ट कार्ड का उपयोग किया जा सकता है:
कैशिफाई गिफ्ट कार्ड का उपयोग करने के लिए, उपयोगकर्ता को <कार्डसंख्या><पिन><प्रथमनाम><उपनाम> टाईप करके 9996633323 पर एसएमएस भेजकर इसे पंजीकृत कराना होगा।
दिये गये मोबाइल नंबर पर कथित संदेश को भेजा जाना और उसका प्राप्ति संदेश मिलने का अर्थ है कि उपयोगकर्ता का पंजीकरण हो चुका है।
कैशिफाई गिफ्ट कार्ड को रिडीम करने के लिए, उपयोगकर्ता को किसी भी प्रतिभागी मर्चेंट आउटलेट पर 16 अंकों का कार्ड नंबर प्रदान करना होगा।
रिडेंप्शन के लिए, 6 अंकों का ओटीपी जेनरेट होगा और पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर पर प्राप्त होगा। रिडेंप्शन और बिलिंग के लिए यह ओटीपी कैशियर को बताना होगा।

कैशिफाई गिफ्ट कार्ड्स को किसी भी उत्‍पाद/सेवा के लिए कैशिफाई की वेबसाइट पर रिडीम नहीं किया जा सकता है और इन्‍हें केवल प्रतिभागी मर्चेंट्स की निर्दिष्‍ट आउटलेट्स पर ही रिडीम करना होगा।
कैशिफाई गिफ्ट कार्ड, प्रीपेड भुगतान इंस्‍ट्रुमेंट है और इसके बदले में नकद पैसा नहीं लिया जा सकता है।
कैशिफाई गिफ़्ट कार्ड्स की वैधता अवधि इसके जारी किये जाने की तिथि से 1 (एक) वर्ष तक की होगी।
यदि ऑर्डर की कीमत, कैशिफाई गिफ्ट कार्ड्स में मौजूद बैलेंस से कम हो, तो शेष राशि का उपयोग कार्ड की वैधता अवधि के दौरान प्रतिभागी मर्चेंट्स के किसी भी निर्दिष्ट आउटलेट में दूसरी खरीदारी के लिए किया जा सकता है।
यदि ऑर्डर की कीमत, कैशिफाई गिफ्ट कार्ड्स में मौजूद बैलेंस से अधिक हो, तो जितने पैसे का अंतर आता है, उतनी अतिरिक्त राशि का भुगतान उपयोगकर्ता द्वारा अन्य तरीकों से किया जायेगा।
यदि किसी पंजीकृत उपयोगकर्ता द्वारा किसी प्रतिभागी मर्चेंट की निरस्तीकरण नीति में बतायी गयी समयावधि के भीतर ऑर्डर रद्द कर दिया जाता है, तो निरस्त किये गये ऑर्डर की रिडीम की गयी राशि कैशिफाई गिफ्ट कार्ड में वापस जमा हो जायेगी।
ऑर्डर रद्द करने से वापस प्राप्त होने वाली राशि गिफ्ट कार्ड में तभी जमा होगी, जब प्रतिभागी मर्चेंट द्वारा उनकी ओर से ऑर्डर/बिल रद्द किये जाने की पुष्टि की जायेगी।
उपयोगकर्ता को कैशिफाई गिफ्ट कार्ड भेज दिये जाने के बाद, प्रत्येक उपयोगकर्ता की यह जिम्मेदारी होगी कि वह पिन या कार्ड नंबर को गोपनीय रखे। उपयोगकर्ता की गलती के चलते ऐसी किसी भी गोपनीय जानकारी के प्रकट हो जाने और किसी भी तरह से कैशिफाई गिफ्ट कार्ड्स के दुरुपयोग होने की स्थिति में, न तो पाइन लैब्स, न कैशिफाई और न ही प्रतिभागी मर्चेंट इस तरह के नुकसान के लिए जिम्मेदार होगा।
यदि पता चलता है कि कैशिफाई गिफ्ट कार्ड धोखे से खरीदा गया है, तो पाइन लैब्स/कैशिफाई के पास उसे रद्द करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है। ऐसी स्थितियों में उचित सत्यापन के बाद, कैशिफाई गिफ्ट कार्ड का बैलेंस वापस उसी स्रोत में अंतरित कर दिया जायेगा, जहाँ से यह भुगतान प्राप्त हुआ था।
उपयोगकर्ता सहमत है और समझता है कि कैशिफाई गिफ्ट कार्ड, प्रीपेड पेमेंट इंस्ट्रुमेंट है जो भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक द्वारा विनियमित है। लागू नियमों के अधीन, कैशिफाई/पाइन लैब्स को कैशिफाई गिफ्ट कार्ड धारक/कैशिफाई गिफ्ट कार्ड्स के रिडीमर और/या कैशिफाई गिफ्ट कार्ड्स के रिडेंप्शन से जुड़ी कोई अन्य जानकारी और/या कैशिफाई गिफ्ट कार्ड्स का उपयोग करके किये गये ट्रांजेक्शन का ब्यौरा, आरबीआई या ऐसे वैधानिक प्राधिकरणों के साथ साझा करना पड़ सकता है। कैशिफाई/पाइन लैब्स को इस तरह की किसी जानकारी हेतु कैशिफाई गिफ्ट कार्ड्स के उपयोगकर्ता/रिडीमर से संपर्क करना पड़ सकता है। कैशिफाई गिफ्ट कार्ड का पंजीकरण करके, उपयोगकर्ता उपरोक्त तरीके से उसकी व्यक्तिगत जानकारी का उपयोग करने हेतु स्पष्ट रूप से अपनी अनुमति देता है।
कार्ड की शेष राशि और इसकी वैधता अवधि को दिये गये लिंक पर कैशिफाई गिफ्ट कार्ड पर दिये गये नियमों व शर्तों के अनुसार देखा जा सकता है। जैसा कि वहां दिया गया है, कोई भी शुल्क या अन्य प्रभार लागू नहीं है।
प्राप्त कैशिफाई गिफ्ट कार्ड को किसी भी रूप में न तो लौटाया जा सकता है और न ही इसके लिए धनवापसी होगी।
कैशिफाई गिफ्ट कार्ड को रिलोड नहीं किया जा सकता है और न ही इसकी पुनर्बिक्री की जा सकती है।
कैशिफाई गिफ्ट कार्ड की समय-सीमा समाप्त होने पर, उपयोगकर्ता इसके पुनर्वैधांकन (रीवैलिडेशन) के लिए अनुरोध कर सकते हैं। इस तरह का अनुरोध प्राप्त होने पर, आवश्यक सत्यापन के बाद कार्ड को दोबारा वैलिडेट किया जा सकता है और इसके लिए अतिरिक्त नियमों व शर्तों का पालन करना पड़ सकता है।
प्रतिभागी मर्चेंट के निर्दिष्ट आउटलेट्स पर एक ही इनवॉइस/बिल में कई कैशिफाई गिफ्ट कार्ड्स को साझा रूप से जोड़कर रिडीम किया जा सकता है। प्रति आईफोन 1500/- रु. तक का अतिरिक्त एक्सचेंज मूल्य लागू है।
कैशिफाई/पाइन लैब्स उन्हीं उपयोगकर्ताओं के गिफ्ट कार्ड्स ब्लॉक करने का अनुरोध मानेगा और उस पर विचार करेगा जो उपरोक्त उपनियम 4 में कैशिफाई गिफ्ट कार्ड्स के लिए निर्दिष्ट नियमों व शर्तों के अनुसार पंजीकृत हैं।

ಕ್ಯಾಶಿಫೈಗಿಫ್ಟ್ಕಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳುವಿತರಣೆಯದಿನಾಂಕದಿಂದ 1 (ಒಂದು) ವರ್ಷದಅವಧಿಯವರೆಗೆಮಾನ್ಯವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

ಕ್ಯಾಶಿಫೈಗಿಫ್ಟ್ಕಾರ್ಡ್ಭಾರತೀಯರಿಸರ್ವ್ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ನಿಯಂತ್ರಿಸುವಪ್ರಿಪೇಯ್ಡ್ಪಾವತಿಸಾಧನವಾಗಿದೆಎಂದುಬಳಕೆದಾರರುಸಮ್ಮತಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆಮತ್ತುಅರ್ಥಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಅನ್ವಯವಾಗುವಕಾನೂನುಗಳಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ, ಕ್ಯಾಶಿಫೈಗಿಫ್ಟ್ಕಾರ್ಡ್ಹೊಂದಿರುವವರು / ಕ್ಯಾಶಿಫೈಗಿಫ್ಟ್ಕಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳಬಳಕೆದಾರರುಮತ್ತು / ಅಥವಾಮರುಬಳಕೆಮತ್ತು / ಅಥವಾವಹಿವಾಟನ್ನುಬಳಸಿಕೊಂಡುಕೈಗೊಂಡವ್ಯವಹಾರಕ್ಕೆಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಯಾವುದೇಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನುಆರ್‌ಬಿಐಅಥವಾಅಂತಹಶಾಸನಬದ್ಧಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲುಕ್ಯಾಶಿಫೈ / ಪೈನ್ ಲ್ಯಾಬ್ಸ್ ಗೆ ಅಗತ್ಯಬೀಳಬಹುದು. ಅಂತಹಸಂದರ್ಭಗಳಲ್ಲಿಅಂತಹಯಾವುದೇಮಾಹಿತಿಗಾಗಿಕ್ಯಾಶಿಫೈಗಿಫ್ಟ್ಕಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳಹೊಂದಿರುವವರು / ಬಳಕೆದಾರರನ್ನುಕ್ಯಾಶಿಫೈ / ಪೈನ್ ಲ್ಯಾಬ್ಸ್ ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸಬಹುದು. ಕ್ಯಾಶಿಫೈಗಿಫ್ಟ್ಕಾರ್ಡ್ಅನ್ನುನೋಂದಾಯಿಸುವಮೂಲಕ, ಬಳಕೆದಾರನು ತನ್ನ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯ ಬಳಕೆಯ ಅನುಮತಿಯನ್ನು ಇಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿದ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿನೀಡುತ್ತಾನೆ.
