We thank you for your patronage of your Gift Card, issued by Qwikcilver. We are happy to be associated with you and will continue to enable convenience and ease of gifting for you. To further enhance your gifting experience with innovative solutions, we are pleased to inform you that Qwikcilver Solutions Private Limited (Qwikcilver) and its parent, Pine Labs Private Limited (Pine Labs) are now consolidated into one legal entity in India, i.e. Pine Labs with effect from 14th September 2022. As a result, we, Pine Labs, will honour all valid prepaid gift cards and any other card prepaid instrument issuer issuer obligations in India, hereafter.
We assure you that there will be no change to your Gift Card, issued by Qwikcilver, in any manner, such as its use, acceptance, validity and user experience. The existing valid prepaid Gift Card balance will be safe and there will be no deduction or changes made to the same. Therefore, you can continue to enjoy the Gift Card offerings as before.
We will continue to address any grievances expeditiously, as always. If you have any queries about your prepaid Gift Cards, we have a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) updated on the Qwikcilver Website (www.qwikcilver.com) under ‘Qwikcilver & Pine Labs Merger Announcement’.

  1. Post merger, will my existing physical gift card or digital gift card work with the same card plastic, gift card ID?
    Yes, your existing physical and digital gift cards issued by Qwikcilver Solutions Pvt. Ltd. will continue to work after the merger with Pine Labs Pvt. Ltd. The gift card plastic will not be replaced, and the gift card ID and PIN will remain the same post the merger.
  2. Will there be any service disruption due to the merger or a cutover period when the gift card will not work?
    There will be no service disruption due to the merger. Your gift card will work at all times.
  3. Do any features of my card or my card balance get impacted due to this merger?
    There will be no impact on any of your card features due to this merger.
  4. Does my expiry date of my gift card get impacted due the merger?
    The expiry of the gift card will remain the same as printed on your physical or digital gift card irrespective of the timelines of the merger.
  5. Will the Terms & Conditions of the Gift Card needs to be updated to reflect new issuer details?
    Post merger effective date the new terms and conditions with Pine Labs as the issuer will be updated on the Qwikcilver.com and Brand partner (if applicable) website. However, the changes will only be a change in the legal entity issuing the card from Qwikcilver Solutions Pvt. Ltd. to Pine Labs Pvt. Ltd. and there will be no change from a card feature / usage perspective.
  6. Is there any change in the customer service details & contact numbers?
    There will be no change in the customer service contact details.
