Qwikcilver witnessed the bright kids of employees coming into office & also smartly deciding to inspect the workplace of their parents on 9th September’17. We dedicated this day for these awesome kids who have tolerated the absence and late hours of their parents due to calls of duty over the years. We had our staff to step in early to decorate and make necessary arrangements for the D-day. The Planning Team chalked out the entire flow and intended schedule of events required to make the day an interesting roller coaster. Kids received warm welcome with colourful Rangoli & flower carpets on a theme to Recycle Reduce & Reuse. Kids were excited to get their favourite cartoon character tattoos on them, a lollipop to enjoy the puppet show, fancy dress, talent show event, fun-filled games & gift hampers.
Exciting bunch of children ranging in age from 10-months to 11 years walked in with such poise. Their queries and comments ranged from: – My Mom actually works so hard at home and office. I know she works harder than my Dad does! – My Dad’s Office is so nice. Why does he not get me here more often? – Gift Cards really are so cool. My Mom works in this office and makes all these Gift Cards available all over India? – My Dad works here? Can his Office Teacher ask him to work and help out at home also? As a result, we were pleasantly surprised to see these lovely kids actively send their feedback via handwritten letters, coloured paintings & Audio messages.
