The Problem

Physical Vouchers were issued in malls at Customer Service Counters. These were redeemable on Merchant App (Terminals) at 3500+ stores, across 17 malls. The physical vouchers presented challenges in terms of customer satisfaction such as availability only at the malls, limited denominations and single redemption option only. Dependence on manual activities led to lower efficiency, high turnaround time of 15 days and high operations cost.
