The festive season is well and truly upon us. Customers have already started gifting their loved ones. We are witnessing a 7X spike in Gift Card purchases on our online gift card marketplace, Woohoo (both the website and Woohoo app) in the last 20 days. This means only one thing: customers are choosing gift cards over gifts. This rapid adoption of Gift Cards has caught the attention of some of the leading media publications. Here is a coverage on TOI. Not to forget the sound of bill tills, the melody that every brand strives for. Put simply, behind every sound of crackers and joyous laughter, there is the accompanying melody of bill-tills aided by Gifting. Oriflame, a Swedish cosmetic company, sells nature-inspired personal care, nutritional and beauty products in more than 60 countries. In India, they have 20 physical outlets, in addition to their e-commerce portal. The gift card program is currently available across the physical outlets, while plans are in place to launch it on the e-commerce portal, too. The gift card program is powered by QwikGifTSx. Kama Ayurveda chooses Qwikcilver
...to launch its Gift Card program, and how we have! The Kama Ayurveda Gift Card program is a truly omnichannel one. Kama Ayurveda was founded in 2002 in India to promote the goodness of authentic Ayurvedic treatments for Beauty and Wellness. The company has 19 Exclusive Brand Stores (Delhi-NCR, Ludhiana, Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru and Kolkata), in addition to its online presence. We are joining forces with HipBar, India’s first drink delivery mobile app, to launch their Gift Card program. HipBar Delivery is founded with a vision to create a safe, transparent and responsible digital ecosystem. With the HipBar app, customers can have their drinks home-delivered. The Gift Card program allows customers to gift their friends their favourite drinks in few swipes. The program is currently available in Bengaluru, with plans to expand it to other cities. What this means is that customers using the app can now send/receive e-gift cards, as well as load money into their Wallet to buy any listed Alcoholic beverage and get them delivered right at their doorsteps!
