New Gift Card Programs
We are excited to announce the launch of the Semi-closed Loop (SCLP) Gift Card Program for Lifestyle, one of our marquee clients in physical retail. Qwikcilver has been powering their existing Closed Loop program for over 5 years now, and their decision to move the program to SCLP is part of their commitment to provide consumers a seamless omni-channel experience by providing a single card that can work across both offline and online channels.   This new program powers an all new Gift Card in three variants – Lifestyle, Max & Homecentre – which can be cross-redeemed across any of the 3 brands at any of the 300+ physical redemption points and their online stores as well.
Shopping at Shoppers Stop just got easier. The Qwikcilver Gift Card program with Shoppers Stop has moved on to the next phase of engagement with the launch of the Shoppers Stop omni channel wallet. With this new feature customers of Shoppers Stop can now use Shoppers Stop Wallet to pay for their purchases- across the online and offline platforms – at the stores, on the site and on the mobile app. We are extremely proud to see our truly omni channel solution being put to use by one of India’s most loved brands and ensuring that the customer gets a uniquely seamless shopping experience.
Here is a Spring 2018 fashion trend to look out for – the Jabong E-Gift Card! We are excited to announce the launch of the Jabong.com E-Gift Card program. On receiving the Jabong E-Gift Card, one can add the card to their account and subsequently complete their purchase through that card. A leading fashion portal in India, Jabong.com is a young and vibrant company that aims to provide good quality branded products and fulfil the fashion needs of men, women and kids across footwear, apparel, jewellery and accessories.
Asked to Just Do it and we did it! We are thrilled to announce the launch of the Nike Gift Card powered by Qwikcilver. As a global leader engaged in the design, development, manufacturing, and worldwide marketing and sales of footwear, apparel, equipment, accessories, and services, Nike requires no introduction. This launch warranted three implementations under a single brand as we had to integrate the Qwikcilver Gift card platform with three different POS systems between the franchises. The result of this integration is that we have brought together over 150 outlets of Nike spread across India under a single Gift Card.
Continuing to show our expertise in meal card programs, we are happy to announce the launch of the Qwikcilver powered Rozzana Meal Card Program at Flowserve India Controls Private Limited. This is an extensive program covering more than 600 employees of Flowserve at one of their locations in Bangalore. The program is on course for further expansion to two more locations of Flowserve and thereby bringing to their employees a whole new meal card experience.
New Corporate Reward Programs
One of the world’s largest global confectionery brands reached out to Qwikcilver to revamp their existing channel partner program and enrich it by offering exciting rewards to its channel partners. The client had requested an end to end channel program including enrolment of members to fulfilment of final rewards. Our innovative and flexible solution allowed the client to achieve this exact goal and keep their channel partners engaged and incentivised. This unique program also achieved a greater goal as the client chose to showcase their confidence in our solutions and our team by partnering with us for their additional large-scale programs. 
 
Our client, a leading nationalized bank, was looking to run a consumer rewards program that incentivized customers who increased usage of their premium credit cards. Customers could visit the link provided and view selected brand vouchers. To provide a seamless user experience, the customer had to enter only the coupon code and click on buy to place the order for the voucher which would be sent to his/her mobile number. Additionally, to avoid any misuse only eligible customers could claim the voucher and the second layer of security involved the customer using the exact card to pay a nominal fee on the redemption portal to claim the voucher. This would ensure that the client could track the final recipients of the voucher.
