Our client is a manufacturing company that produces India’s well known range of personal accessories — watches, jewellery, sunglasses and prescription eyewear, They sought to run a rewards and recognition program for the store employees of both company and franchisee owned eyewear outlets. The client found the manual collection of data cumbersome and time consuming especially the fulfilment. Qwikcilver set up a portal to capture accurate data seamlessly from each Area Business Manager which is then sent to the management for approval. Qwikcilver has also drastically reduced the turnaround time for procuring and issuing reward vouchers because of its strong relationships with 100+ brands to one week.
 
A sweet initiative this, our client who specializes in premium chocolates and spreads, was looking to run a channel loyalty program for retailers. The primary objective was to incentivize retailers to stock and sell through designated labelled racks. Each retailer would receive a scratch card with a purchase of the rack  which would reveal a unique code. The code would reveal that all participants have won recharge coupons and a few lucky winners receiving vouchers for electronic goods and a two-wheeler voucher being the bumper prize. Qwikcilver’s technology platform allows for seamless rollout of channel loyalty promotions and puts in place sufficient checks and balances to avoid misuse and fraudulent transactions.
 
A leading industrial and business conglomerate was looking to reward its employees on professional growth and special occasions. The requirement was to have a quickly disbursable reward which would excite the employees and the management as well. Qwikcilver proceeded to design, print and dispatch theme/occasion based gift cards. These readily loadable gift cards are then stored by the management, which is then disbursed when require after activating them through a dedicated website.  The recipients of these gift cards would then redeem them now  on a dedicated Woohoo microsite.
 

WOOHOO UPDATES

 
Woohoo’s scheduled gifting option now allows you to have your wishes and E-Gift Cards delivered to your loved ones exactly when they need to be delivered, be it Valentine’s Day, Diwali or other such occasions. The user can now select the specific date on which he/she wants the E-Gift Cards to be delivered. This feature does ease the pressure of having to remember to send it on time for the occasion or, worse still, remembering it days after the event has passed. Never be guilty of forgetting another important occasion again!
 
Dineout, India’s leading table reservation app, announced the Great Indian Restaurant Festival 2017. Under this festival, more than 1000+ restaurants  participated across India with great offers on Food and Drinks and more than 300K+ users availed these offers. Qwikcilver is proud to partner Dineout to rollout the Woohoo Dineout Gift Card and E-Gift Card. With the Woohoo card there was an additional cashback offer in select restaurants who had the smartpay option. With Woohoo and Dineout, one can safely say, easting out was never this fun and rewarding!
 
Business Schools Go Woohoo ! It was a wholesome Woohoo experience for the alumni of two Business Schools of India – IIM Calcutta and XLRI at their Alumni sports meet. The Alumni at these games included CEOs, CXOs, and Business Managers from leading organisations including Accenture, Microland, Wipro, Tata group, Birla Group, Infosys, IBM, Deloitte, Amazon among others. All the attending players received a specially crafted Woohoo Gift Card Package which included a Woohoo Gift Card and a Gifting Experience card in partnership with Just Books. The winners also received Woohoo Shopping Experience Cards across brands like Peter England, Marks & Spencer, Lifestyle, Croma and Louis Philippe.
